Products categorized and purchased as Pre-orders are made available and shipped upon their arrival in the warehouse.
Since we are not responsible for the delivery times used by the manufacturer/supplier , this type of product is not fully refundable.
If the customer cancels within 24 hours of the purchase date, an administrative fee of 25% of the order amount will be retained. Alternatively, the customer can request a replacement product of the same or higher value.
Confirmation of payment for your order establishes a contract between our online store and the customer, who therefore unconditionally accepts these general conditions.

The box is in perfect condition. Minor defects may occur, but are rare.
*Note: For clarity, we consider all products that most collectors consider to be in "perfect condition" as such.
If you prefer to see the condition of the BOX in person, do not hesitate to contact us to request information on the products you are interested in, our customer service will be happy to send you photos of the requested product(s) via WhatsApp.
