Can I pay on delivery?

Yes, now you can purchase our products even more easily! If you don't have a credit card or a PayPal account you can take advantage of a convenient cash on delivery payment, i.e. in cash upon delivery by the courier!
Thanks to the Partnership agreement with SDA Express Courier, we are able to guarantee an even better service.
The service costs €4.90 which includes dedicated logistics service, shipping as well as the commission for payment on delivery.

Shipping with cash on delivery may take 2/3 days longer for delivery.

 

How long does my order take to arrive?

As soon as the order is completed you will be sent an order confirmation email (make sure all the data you entered is correct), within 1/2 days the warehouses will prepare your shipment and the package tracking code will be added.

If the product you choose is personalized and therefore exclusive, it must be specially made for you after receiving your order.

Production time takes approximately 3 to 5 days depending on the type of product chosen.

After the creation/preparation of your order, the package will be entrusted to the courier, from which point delivery times vary from approximately 3 to 5 days depending on the shipping areas.

ALL SHIPMENTS ARE SUPPLIED WITH A TRACKING CODE.


If I encounter any problems with the products, can I return them?

In the event that the product is not defective or broken and for any other reason you would like to return it, contact us (via email, via chat or WhatsApp) within a maximum of 14 days from when you received the product and we will provide you with the information necessary to return the goods to us . The product to be returned must be sent back to our office in Rho (MI), we will guide you through every step of the process and it will be very simple.

What if the products have defects?

In this case, contact us and send us photos that demonstrate the damage or defect (you must photograph the package as you receive it, demonstrating that it was damaged during transport or, in the case of a manufacturing defect, send detailed photos), after evaluating the request we will take care of it. to send the new product at our expense and we will guide you to return the defective or damaged one.
