Since we are not responsible for the delivery times used by the manufacturer/supplier , this type of product is not fully refundable.
If the customer cancels within 24 hours of the purchase date, an administrative fee of 25% of the order amount will be retained. Alternatively, the customer can request a replacement product of the same or higher value.
Confirmation of payment for your order establishes a contract between our online store and the customer, who therefore unconditionally accepts these general conditions.
