I prodotti categorizzati ed acquistati come Pre-order vengono resi disponibili e spediti al momento del loro arrivo in magazzino. 

Non essendo responsabili dei tempi di consegna impiegati dal produttore / fornitore questa tipologia di prodotto non è completamente rimborsabile.

In caso di annullamento da parte del cliente dopo 24h dalla data di acquisto, saranno trattenute le spese amministrative corrispondenti al 25% dell'importo dell'ordine; in alternativa è possibile richiedere la sostituzione del prodotto con un altro del medesimo valore o superiore.

La convalida del pagamento dell'ordine sottoscrive il contratto tra il nostro negozio online e il cliente, che accetta quindi incondizionatamente le presenti condizioni generali.

As soon as the order is completed you will be sent an order confirmation email (make sure all the data you entered is correct), within 1/2 days the warehouses will prepare your shipment and the package tracking code will be added.

If the product you choose is personalized and therefore exclusive, it must be specially made for you after receiving your order.

Production time takes approximately 3 to 5 days.

After the creation/preparation of your order, the package will be entrusted to the courier, from that moment the delivery times vary from 3 to 5 days based on the delivery areas.
